What you share with us
When you request an audit, we collect your business name, email, website, services and area. You may also provide a Google Business Profile link. The audit form does not collect card details or start a paid subscription. Plan buttons open WhatsApp, where you can ask us about payment.
How we use it
We use your details to review your request, prepare the audit you asked for, answer questions and discuss the service you are interested in. Where a request is a step towards a contract with you, we use the information for those steps. We also have a legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and protecting our forms from misuse.
Submitting a form does not add you to a marketing mailing list. We do not sell your enquiry information.
Where requests are handled
The website’s form handler stores accepted requests in a private Cloudflare database. If email notifications are enabled, our email delivery provider also processes the details needed to notify us. Access is limited to the people and service providers who need it to deal with the request. Those providers may process data in countries outside the UK, subject to the arrangements they provide for international transfers.
Technical information
We use a short-lived hash derived from the network address supplied by Cloudflare to limit repeated form requests. The rate-limit records expire and are cleared during subsequent form activity. Hosting services may also keep operational or security logs. Our cookie notice explains the preference stored in your browser.
Keeping your details
We keep enquiry information while dealing with your request and any resulting service relationship. Old enquiries that are still marked new or closed are included in a six-month cleanup. If you become a client, information needed for the service and business records is handled separately.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to or restrict particular uses. The rights that apply depend on the purpose and circumstances. Contact us using the WhatsApp button to make a request. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
The chat panel does not collect your email or phone number. Send message opens WhatsApp with your text. Once you send it there, WhatsApp handles the conversation under its own terms and privacy practices, and we use your message to respond.
